THE FOLLOWING BRAND NEW POWER PLANT IS FOR SALE PACKAGE OFFERED - Power Plant Components and Engineering Package - Coal fired electric generating unit. CONDITION OF PLANT - Brand New still in crates in south eastern USA. CAPACITY - 600MW GE Steam Turbine HEAT RATE WITH THIS POWER BLOCK - 8,725 BTU/kw-hr REASON FOR SELLING - Chinese Buyer was unable to take delivery of this plant which they ordered due to close-down of the coal mines in China. ORIGINAL CONTRACT PRICE - One billion USD ACTUAL SELLING PRICE - USD 350 Million (three hundred fifty million USD) COMMISSION: Five percent (5%) of selling price It is a package selling with all the engineering services from US. WARRANTY OF STEAM TURBINE - by GE the manufacturer. This transaction can be finalised right away.
